This is my attempt on making a superhero. Expect more than just this.
Arthur De La Cruz was a child of a highly-praised police officer who became his biggest inspiration to become a cop. His father then received a mission to which Arthur stubbornly asked him to let him come, of course he'd never allow it. Arthur decided to hide by the trunk of the car as his father set out. He watched him enter a warehouse, and sighting a hitman at the same time. He witnessed the hitman shooting at a gas tank at the warehouse, thus blowing up the place and burning it to an inferno. With Arthur, greatly scarred to what he've witnessed.
Years later, he began working as a part-time officer as he aids his mentally sick mother. One day, he returned from work, only to discover his mother shooting herself with a handgun.
And at the same month of her death, he was removed from duty. Left emotionally scarred, he had his thoughts on suicide; instead being offered a job opportunity as a full time hitman. He accepted, and began taking clients and murdering selected victims.
After years of murder, his conscience began to kick in, leaving him clouded by deaths of families and innocent victims that he've killed. Remembering his father, he thought of returning back to the police department. Still, he was disapproved.
He've had his thoughts after his experience as a hitman, he began to take action as a vigilante titled "The Hitman" in homage to his past actions and doing jobs of an officer without leaving a trace. He hunts down crime syndicates and mobsters the police had their eyes on and taking them down; with a twist, a hitman would normally kill them instantly, instead he prepares them for police arrest. Along with another twist, he is being hunted by the department due to him taking their responsibility and brutality to criminals.
He is highly skilled with the handgun thus equipping him with many holsters on his body along with gun-magazines for the handgun.
He also wears a bulletproof vest, being cautious to gunshots of other mobsters or cops.
